Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on https://aurelle-vip.com. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses the Site, whether or not you buy anything.

1. What we sell

AURELLE sells new women’s apparel and accessories — dresses, occasion wear, workwear, tops, skirts, trousers and outerwear — direct to consumers in Australia and New Zealand. We do not operate a marketplace and we do not host third-party sellers.

We do not sell, and will not accept orders for, any product on our payment providers’ prohibited or restricted lists, including counterfeit or replica goods, unauthorised branded goods, adult products, weapons, tobacco or nicotine products, prescription items, or anything requiring a licence we do not hold.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the Site, create an account, buy for your own personal use, and share links to our pages.

3. You must not

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any Australian law or the law that applies where you are.
  • Place an order using a payment method you are not authorised to use, or provide false billing or delivery details.
  • Attempt card testing — submitting sequences of card numbers to find valid ones. We monitor for this, block it automatically, and report it to our payment providers and to law enforcement.
  • Abuse promotions: creating multiple accounts to reuse a first-order code, generating or trading codes, or reselling gift cards.
  • Buy for commercial resale, or place bulk or speculative orders, without our written consent.
  • Abuse the returns policy — for example wearing garments and returning them as new (“wardrobing”), or repeatedly returning almost every order.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy content, prices or images, or use automated tools to access the Site beyond ordinary browsing.
  • Reproduce our photography, copy, marks or design elsewhere without written permission.
  • Introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or test the security of the Site, or interfere with its availability.
  • Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with AURELLE.
  • Post reviews or messages that are false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringe someone else’s rights or contain their personal information.
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to other users.

4. Reviews and user content

If you post a review or other content, you must have bought the product and the review must be your genuine opinion. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews just because they are critical. We may remove content that breaches this policy or the law.

By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site in connection with the product. You keep ownership of what you post.

5. Security research

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us privately at [email protected] with the subject line “Security”. Do not access other people’s data, do not run denial-of-service or automated scanning against the Site, and give us a reasonable period to fix the issue before disclosing it. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow this.

6. What we do if this policy is breached

Depending on the seriousness we may: issue a warning; cancel an order and refund it; refuse future orders; suspend or close your account; withdraw access to promotions or to change-of-mind returns; block your IP address; report the matter to our payment providers, to a regulator or to the police; and take legal action to recover loss.

Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Reporting a breach

To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email [email protected] with the page address and a description. Intellectual property complaints should include proof of ownership and the specific material concerned.

8. Payment provider policies

Transactions on this Site are also subject to the acceptable use policies of our payment providers:

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed. Questions: [email protected], or OMNITRADE HORIZONS LIMITED, [to be confirmed].
