Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://aurelle-vip.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from AURELLE. The Site is operated by OMNITRADE HORIZONS LIMITED (ABN [to be confirmed]), trading as AURELLE (“we”, “us”, “our”), of [to be confirmed].

By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We sell women’s apparel and accessories. Each product page sets out the composition, care instructions, available sizes and colours, and the measurements of the garment. Model height and the size worn are stated where a model image is used. Our Size Guide gives AU, US, UK and EU size conversions and body measurements in centimetres.

We take care to display colours accurately, but the colour you see depends on your screen and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Garment measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to 2 cm between individual items. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Prices and currency

All prices on this Site are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD), displayed as A$189.00 AUD. Prices include GST of 10% where applicable. Shipping charges are additional and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

If you pay with a card issued outside Australia, your bank or card issuer converts the AUD amount into your local currency at their rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That conversion and any such fee are between you and your card issuer; we neither set nor receive them.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

5. Placing an order

  1. You add items to your bag and proceed to checkout.
  2. You provide delivery and billing details and select a payment method.
  3. Your order is a legally binding offer to buy the items in your bag.
  4. We send an order acknowledgement email. This confirms receipt but is not acceptance.
  5. The contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email for the items shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was materially wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

6. Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number — it is captured directly by the payment provider over an encrypted connection.

The descriptor that will appear on your card or PayPal statement is “AURELLE”.

Payment is taken when your order is placed. If a payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order. Details of our payment and security practices are on the Payment Methods & Security page.

7. Delivery

We dispatch from Australia within 1–2 business days of payment clearing and ship to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post and Aramex. Indicative transit times are 2–5 business days to Australian metropolitan areas and 4–8 business days to regional areas. Standard shipping is A$9.95, express is A$14.95, and shipping is free on orders over A$150.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full terms are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange, without giving a reason, provided it comes back undamaged and in resaleable condition. A small number of items are excluded for hygiene reasons. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we pay both ways.

9. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

10. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

Where we run a promotion, the specific terms are published with the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise:

  • One discount code may be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Codes have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order.
  • Codes may exclude sale items, gift cards and selected collections.
  • Every promotion states its start date, end date and any minimum spend at the point of display.
  • We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time before you place an order; this will not affect orders already accepted.
  • If you return an item bought with a code, you are refunded the amount you actually paid, not the pre-discount price.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from issue, are not redeemable for cash, and are not reloadable.

11. Legal and export restrictions

We currently sell and ship only to Australia and New Zealand. Orders with a delivery address outside those destinations will not be accepted.

If you arrange for goods to be forwarded outside Australia, you become the exporter and are responsible for complying with the laws of the destination country, including any import restrictions, duties and taxes. Any customs duty, GST or import charge levied by the destination country is payable by you and is not included in the price you pay us.

We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses where we cannot verify the end destination, and we will not supply to any person or destination subject to Australian sanctions or export control law.

12. Acceptable use of the Site

You must not use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or systematically extract its content, to place fraudulent or speculative orders, or to resell our products commercially without our written consent. Our full Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users.

13. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

14. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the AURELLE name and marks, product photography, copy, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to OMNITRADE HORIZONS LIMITED and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

15. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

16. Liability

Subject to clause 9 and to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

17. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural disaster, industrial action, epidemic, or failure of utilities or telecommunications. If such an event continues for more than 30 days you or we may cancel the affected order and we will refund you in full.

18. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at [email protected], or through the live chat on any page — most issues are resolved quickly. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Please raise a problem with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or a dispute with PayPal; in almost every case we can resolve it faster directly.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date at the top shows when this page last changed.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth of Australia.
