Description
The pleats are heat set into a polyester crepe, which is the only way a pleat this fine survives washing. We say that plainly rather than describing it as a technical fabric: it is polyester, and it is polyester because a natural fibre will not hold this.
The waistband is flat at the front and elasticated across the back, so it fits without a zip digging in when you sit. The skirt falls to the ankle and moves in a way that is quite hard to stop watching.

Fit
True to size, sits at the natural waist. The back elastic gives about six centimetres.

Care
Machine wash cold in a bag, gentle. Hang to dry with the pleats hanging straight. Do not iron — pressing flattens the set pleat permanently.
