Description
Built the traditional way: a densely woven cotton gabardine, a storm flap at the right shoulder, a hooked back vent, epaulettes and D rings on the belt. It sheds a shower and it is honest about not being a raincoat — there is no membrane and no taping, because both would stop it breathing.
We cut it long, to the mid calf, and slightly generous so it goes over a blazer. The belt is the same cloth with a metal buckle, and the sleeve straps actually adjust.

Fit
Generous, intended to layer. Take your usual size to wear over knitwear, or size down to wear over a dress.
Model is 177 cm and wears AU 8.

Taken with the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Bust, waist and hip are half measurements — double them to compare against your own body measurement. If you are between two sizes, the fit note above tells you which way we would go.

Care
Dry clean only — the water resistant finish is removed by domestic detergent. Ask your cleaner to re-proof it every second season.
