Description
The Solene is the dress we make in the largest quantity and still sell out of first. It is cut straight from the shoulder with only a slight taper at the waist, so it skims rather than holds, and the armhole is set high enough to wear a bra of your choosing without adjusting anything.
The linen is a 240 gsm European weave — heavy enough to hang in a clean line instead of clinging, and it goes soft after three or four washes without losing that structure. In Melbourne it works from October through to April, and under a knit for the shoulder seasons.

Fit
True to size, relaxed through the waist and hip. If you are between sizes and want it closer to the body, size down. Falls to mid-calf on most heights.
Model is 176 cm and wears AU 8.

Taken with the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Bust, waist and hip are half measurements — double them to compare against your own body measurement. If you are between two sizes, the fit note above tells you which way we would go.

Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade — linen creases as it dries and drops out as you wear it. Warm iron on the reverse if you prefer it flat.
