Description
Knitted in a 16 gauge extrafine merino at 19.5 micron, which is fine enough to wear against the skin without itch and dense enough to be opaque. Fully fashioned, meaning the panels are knitted to shape and linked rather than cut from a sheet — no raw edges inside, and no twisting after washing.
Cut slim, hemmed narrow at the cuff and the waist. It sits flat under a blazer and it does not add bulk at the elbow, which is the usual failure of a knit worn under tailoring.
Fabric and make
- 100% extrafine merino wool, 19.5 micron, 16 gauge
- Fully fashioned and linked
- Machine washable, mulesing free wool
- Yarn from Australia, knitted in China
Fit
Slim and close. Take your usual size. Merino relaxes about two centimetres in wear and returns on washing.
Model is 175 cm and wears AU 8.
Flat measurements
Taken with the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Bust, waist and hip are half measurements — double them to compare against your own body measurement. If you are between two sizes, the fit note above tells you which way we would go.

| Waist, unstretched | 69 | 74 | 79 | 84 | 89 | 94 |

Care
Machine wash cold on the wool cycle, or hand wash. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat — merino is heavy when wet and will grow on a hanger.

Runs small and slim, which the description says. I went up a size.
Larissa E. (verified owner) –
Washed it fifteen times on the wool cycle and it has not pilled or twisted.

Genuinely not itchy. I cannot wear most wool and I wear this one against my skin.
