Description
The plain black dress that most wardrobes are missing. Boat neck, set in sleeve, straight through the body to a hem just above the ankle with a 22 centimetre split at centre back so you can take a normal stride.
The crepe is a double faced polyester viscose at 260 gsm. We tested six weights before this one — the lighter crepes read cheap under a flash and the heavier ones stand away from the body. This one hangs.

Fit
Close but not tight. Take your usual size. The elastane gives about three centimetres of ease across the hip.
Model is 177 cm and wears AU 8.
Flat measurements
Taken with the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Bust, waist and hip are half measurements — double them to compare against your own body measurement. If you are between two sizes, the fit note above tells you which way we would go.

Care
Dry clean recommended. Cold gentle machine wash in a bag is acceptable — reshape while damp and dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
